Within 30 days of your subscription, we’ll issue a full refund if for any reason you decide you want to cancel your account. Simply drop us an email at support@kontactr.com.

All your data is secured. We use 256-Bit SSL encryption certificates to protect your data, along with added measures such as signed URLs with expiration date to secure uploaded files access and reCAPTCHA. We take online form security very seriously.

We strongly support non-profit organizations (non-educational, non-governmental organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) by offering them a 25% discount. If you represent such an organization, contact us at support@kontactr.com with a US 990 form or any other official document officiating your non-profit status if you are outside the US.
