DXC Technology (stylized as DXC.technology) is a new company formed from the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Enterprise Services division.

The merger is expected to be completed on April 3, 2017.

DXC.technology will be an end-to-end IT services company, with expected annual revenues of $26 billion and nearly 6,000 clients in over 70 countries.
