Terms of Service; Didn't Read (ToS;DR) is a community project that aims to analyze and grade the terms of service and privacy policies of major internet sites and services.

Each aspect of a TOS or privacy policy is assessed as positive, negative, or neutral.

Services are graded from A (best) to E (worst) once project members form a consensus on it.

Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as ToS or TOS and TOU) are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service.

Terms of service can also be merely a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of websites.
