MGMT (formerly The Management) is an American psychedelic rock band formed in 2002 at Wesleyan University.

It currently consists of Andrew VanWyngarden (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, drums, percussion) and Ben Goldwasser (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion).

In the live lineup, it consists of VanWyngarden, Goldwasser, WIll Berman (drums, percussion, harmonica, backing vocals), Matt Asti (bass guitar, backing vocals), James Richardson (lead guitar, keyboards, backing vocals) and Hank Sullivant (guitar, keyboards).

A leasehold estate is an ownership of a temporary right to hold land or property in which a lessee or a tenant holds rights of real property by some form of title from a lessor or landlord.

Although a tenant does hold rights to real property, a leasehold estate is typically considered personal property.
